Detail: Re-location of midlands satellite office from Banbury to Leamington Spa to new build purposely fitted out office.

Responsibility was for the complete re-location from identifying and evaluating property options, developing the cost estimate for the complete move, producing the requirements specification, procuring the interior architect, obtaining landlords consent for the fit-out works, appointing fit-out contractor, procuring all supplies, managing the interface between contractors and organising and managing the logistics for the move.
